Orders

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We start processing quickly, so changes aren’t guaranteed. Email us at CurlsGeneralStore@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, you can review our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Where can I find my order confirmation?
An order confirmation email is sent right after checkout. Check your Promotions/Spam folders. If you didn’t receive it, contact us and we’ll resend it.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping email, or visit our tracking page: Track Your Order.

Shipping

What are your delivery estimates?
Domestic (U.S.): 4–8 business days. International: 14–31 business days (varies by customs & destination). Estimates are not guarantees. See our Shipping Policy.
How much is shipping?
Standard Domestic: Free • International Standard: Free • Express (if available): $6.99. Full details here: Shipping Policy.
My tracking hasn’t updated—what should I do?
Tracking can take a few days to update after dispatch. If there’s no movement beyond the estimated window, email us with your order number at CurlsGeneralStore@gmail.com.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return window?
We have a 30-day return policy for most items, beginning on the day you receive your order. Some items may have different eligibility—see our Returns & Refunds Policy for details.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email CurlsGeneralStore@gmail.com with your order number and reason. If approved, we’ll send a prepaid label and instructions. Items sent back without approval won’t be accepted.
When will I receive my refund?
After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and card issuers may take additional time to post the refund. If it’s been 15+ business days since approval, contact us: CurlsGeneralStore@gmail.com.
What items are non-returnable?
Perishables, custom/personalized products, personal care goods, hazardous materials/flammable liquids/gases, sale items, and gift cards are not returnable. See full list in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Products

Will the product look exactly like the photos?
We try to represent items accurately, but colors/appearance can vary by screen and settings. See Section 2 of our Terms & Conditions.
Are items gift-ready?
Many items ship in branded or standard packaging. For gifting tips or a gift note, email us before checkout and we’ll do our best.

Payments & Security

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards and other methods supported by Shopify Payments (availability may vary by region).
Is my payment information secure?
Our store is powered by Shopify, which uses industry-standard security. For more information, see our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s policies.

International Orders

Do you ship internationally?
Yes—standard international shipping is free. Estimated delivery is 14–31 business days. Customs fees/taxes are set by your country and are the recipient’s responsibility.
Will I pay customs or import duties?
Possibly. Duties, taxes, and fees are assessed by your local customs office and vary by destination. We can’t control or predict these costs.

Gifts & Promotions

How do I use a promo or gift code?
Enter your code at checkout in the “Discount” field. One code per order unless otherwise stated. Codes may have exclusions or expiration dates.
Can I get a gift receipt?
Email us at CurlsGeneralStore@gmail.com with your order number to request a gift receipt.

No—checkout as a guest or create an account for faster checkout and order history.
